KIPLANGAL BECAME UGANDA'S PROUD

 KIPLANGAT WINS FIRST EVER MARATHON GOLD FOR UGANDA.

age 22

Kiplangat (uganda) won the 2022 commonwealth marathon with a time of 2 hour 10 minutes 55 sec. 

 22 year old  kiplangat finished   42.195km  marathon race in2:10:55  at the commonwealth https://www.birmingham2022.com  Birmingham 2022, she was mountain runner champion in 2017. she  was won 10th nov 1999  she made first mark on the world scene  when she won the world's mountain running championship in 2017 in premana italy.

kiplangat also participated  in the world U20 Athletes championship finishing 19th (14:21:22) in the 5000m, in poland. https://thecgf.com/
