ACHINTA SHEULI WON GOLD IN COMMONWEALTH 2022

 Achinta sheuli won gold medal in weightlifting.

Achinta sheuli  won a third gold medal at the commonwealth games when he lifted a total of 313 kg to smash the games record in men's 73 kg final. India's medal count went up 6 late on saturday night . 20 year old weightlifter Sheuli won gold in men's 73 kg finals.Malaysia's hidayat muhammad, who gave a tough competition for Achinta. he had a best effort of 303 kg in the event .

SHEULI is a silver medalist in the world junior championship, 

ACHINTA Sheuli is from west bengal , when he is 10 year old he started to preparing for weightlifting  he start to preparation with his brother ALOK. He worked hard without taking a day of rest.His father worked as a laborer.In 2013 after his father's death , his brother leaved weightlifting. His mother did sewing and other work for supporting her family. Achinta had made weightlifting passion.

 In Spite of it Achinta have made mark on the world they have proved himself by winning gold in commonwealth games 2022 .
